Leadership and Vision – SSR Findings

Alignment Strategic Priority 3 is evident. Specifically with separation of Superintendent from Principal- this has been a multiyear process and it is nice to see in practice.Steps have been taken to create Distributive Leadership model- moving forward concern is sustainability.
Schoolwide effort to improve Literacy- Aligned with Strategic Priority 1. As evident in 100% of all assessed students in NWEA/MAPs from Fall to winter demonstrated growth,  as reported to the Board of Education at the December 2025 Regular Meeting.Getting all teaching staff the same skill to be as effective  as the best teacher in the building (i.e grow mentors). 
Budget allocation is dedicated to meeting the needs of the students at this time. I.e. ASU enrichment courses. World Tours.
