| Why is this important? | Students are better able to do their best when they are given an opportunity to consider why it is important to learn and grow. Grit and doing our best are most possible when we are rooted in why it matters. |
| Action steps related to the priority | Step 1 – Students and staff will consider their “why” at the beginning of each day. Step 2 – All instructional staff will share information about student’s motivators and challenges in a collaborative document. Step 3 – ILPs (Individual Learning Plans) will be created for all students Prek-12th. |
