Distributive Leadership

Tasks and leadership will be handed off to other staff members to reduce the burden on administration and increase resiliency of the system when positions turn over.

Ownership of Learning

Staff will create a standard set of expectations for secondary students regarding in class work, due dates, and consequences to keep students accountable.

Student Engagement

Students will have occasions to experience hands-on, real-world, or project-based learning through Zspace lab or other teacher created opportunities.
